We manage all federal and state payroll tax payments for you. Most payroll processing firms will require you to pay these taxes with each paycheck, however, in most cases these taxes aren’t due immediately. The IRS sets your tax payment schedule & we make sure the funds remain in your bank account until the actual due dates.

Federal and state payroll tax returns are due quarterly. We prepare all payroll tax returns (941s) and unemployment tax returns (940) for federal and states. In addition, we prepare all W-2s & W-3 at year-end. Do you really want to be responsible for these complicated returns and all the various due dates?

Direct Deposit payroll is available as well.
